Terms, conditions, and community guidelines for accessing and utilizing the online services, media archives, digital hymn resources, and giving channels of PCEA Miracle Church.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or interacting with the PCEA Miracle Church website (www.pceamiracle.org) and its associated digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our digital services. These terms apply to all visitors, congregants, members, ministry partners, and donors.

2. Use of Digital Resources & Hymns Archive

Our website provides access to downloadable church letters, order of service sheets, church announcements, and a digital archive of Christian hymns (including Kikuyu and English hymnals such as Nyimbo cia Kuinira Ngai and spiritual hymns).

  • Permitted Use: You are granted permission to access, view, and read hymns and ministry documents for personal spiritual devotion, family worship, and church fellowship study.
  • Prohibited Commercial Exploitation: You may not sell, redistribute for fee, or commercially exploit any publications, recorded sermons, or curated hymn indices provided by PCEA Miracle Church without prior written authorization from the Kirk Session.

3. Online Giving, Tithes & Project Contributions

Giving is an act of Christian worship. When contributing via Safaricom M-Pesa (Paybill 4082553) or Equity Bank (Paybill 247247 / Account 408255):

  • Voluntary Contributions: All tithes, offerings, thanksgiving gifts, and sanctuary development donations are voluntary contributions made to support God's ministry and community outreach.
  • Accuracy: Donors are responsible for verifying account numbers and amounts prior to completing electronic transfers through payment service providers.
  • Accounting & Receipts: Contributions are accounted for by the Local Church Committee (LCC) Finance Desk. If you require clarification on a contribution, please contact the Church Treasurer with your payment reference code.

4. User Conduct & Online Submissions

When interacting with our online contact forms, prayer request submissions, or newsletter sign-ups, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, genuine, and respectful information.
  • Not submit defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or harassing content.
  • Not attempt to bypass security features, inject malicious code, or disrupt website operations (e.g. CSRF manipulation, SQL injection, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attempts).

Security Monitoring: We implement automated rate-limiting, firewall protection, and CSRF authentication. Violations may result in IP restriction and legal reporting where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property & Church Content

All original website design, custom code, logos, visual graphics, church history articles, sermon notes, and audio-video recordings created by PCEA Miracle Church are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The PCEA logo, seal, and "PCEA Miracle Church" branding remain the property of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa and may not be used for unauthorized commercial endorsements or misrepresentation.

6. Media, Photography & Public Worship Broadcasts

Our Sunday services (8:30 AM & 10:30 AM) are public church services which may be recorded, photographed, and broadcast via live streaming for ministry purposes.

  • Attendance at public worship constitutes consent to inclusion in incidental congregational footage.
  • Photos from church events published on the website are curated in honor of community fellowship. If you wish to request removal of a specific photo featuring yourself or your dependent, please notify the Church Media Team.

8. Disclaimers & Website Availability

We strive to keep the information on this website accurate, updated, and accessible at all times. However:

  • Website services and resource downloads are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
  • Service schedules, sermon speaker announcements, and event dates are subject to parish liturgical calendar adjustments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PCEA Miracle Church, its Kirk Session, ministers, elders, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its downloadable materials.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya and the Practice and Procedure manual of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA). Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
